Batches
People are invited a batch at a time. A batch is emailed within five minutes of being sent, by hand or on its schedule; people added to a batch that has already been sent are emailed straight away.

A scan groups every member account by what they've registered today. Privileged accounts, guests, shared mailboxes and people already in the campaign are left out. Nobody is emailed until you send their batch.

One column called UPN, UserPrincipalName or Email. Up to 2 MB. Privileged accounts are blocked, and people who already use Authenticator or a passkey are recorded but not emailed. Everyone else waits in the batch until you send it.
